Our 2011 Puppies Arrive

We are delighted to announce the safe arrival of our 2011 puppies.
On Friday 10 June, Delta (Ch Kanibaru Del Diamante) had 3 boys and 2 girls – all red & white. Mother and babies are all doing well.
The father of this litter is Trip (Wazazi Living on the Edge), who lives up in Queensland with Chrissy Petersen.

Exciting news from New Zealand on the weekend with Pepsi (Wazazi Dare Devil (Exp NZ) winning Best of Breed and then being shortlisted into the final 4 for Best in Group at the 2011 New Zealand Kennel Club National Dog Show.
Our congratulations to his owner Maureen Murphy of Whitebriar Kennels.

Congratulations to Michelle Darr on winning 3rd Place in the Hound Group at the Sydney Royal today, with Aust Ch Telde Classic Love Afair – a son of Buddy (aka Aust Grand Ch Wazazi Classic Lover).

Basenjis were judged today at the Sydney Royal, and the Wazazi clan had some excellent results.
Dog Challenge and Best of Breed was won by Aust Ch Telde Classic Love Afair – a son of Buddy (aka Aust Grand Ch Wazazi Classic Lover), owned by Michelle Darr.
Reserve Dog Challenge and Runner-up Best of Breed was won by Trip (aka Wazazi Living on the Edge), owned by Tom & Wendy Craig.
Bitch Challenge was won by our Delta (aka Aust Ch Kanibaru Del Diamante), and Reserve Bitch Challenge was won by Jazz (aka Aust Ch Wazazi Awesome Beauty) owned by Nicki Craig.
In addition Wazazi Double Dare (owned by Sherrie Toman) and Aust Ch Wazazi The Latest Image (owned by Kerry Pearson) both won their classes as well.
The judge was Sandra Lex of Canada.
Zuri wins Best in Group and becomes a Champion

Terrific news from Queensland yesterday, with Zuri (aka Wazazi Live N Exclusive) winning Best in Group and in the process becoming our latest champion.

2011 mating has occurred

We are delighted to announce that our 2011 mating between Trip (Wazazi Living on the Edge) and Delta (Aust Ch Kanibaru Del Diamante) has occurred.
All things going well, the pups should be due around June 12.

Delta wins Runner-up in Group

At the Castle Hill and Hills District Ag Society Show at Castle Hill on Saturday, Delta (Aust Ch Kanibaru Del Diamante) won Runner-up Best in Group under Mr Peter Warby (NSW).
